It’s Second Nature! – Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo Devotional November 28th

(Living Triumphantly Every Day Is Your Birthright)

TO THE BIBLE: Psalm 1:3
“He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.”

LET’S TALK
As a child of God, you’re called to live each day of your life in glory and in victory over every situation. You’re marked for success.

The triumphant life is your birthright because God has raised you up from the dead and made you sit together with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:5-6).

You’re seated far above the devil and the cohorts of darkness and the negative influences of this world. Nothing in this world can successfully stand against you, for “…greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4).

Therefore, have the mentality that you can’t be defeated or disadvantaged. You’ve been translated into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son, who leads you in the triumphal excursions of life. What a life He’s given us!

Take a moment and think about the words in our opening verse again; The same truth is expressed in John 15:16 where the Lord Jesus said, “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”

Jesus brought us into a life of power, fruitfulness and productivity. All these are internal with you now; they are your default setting, glory to God.

Christ has become your “able-to-do-it-ness.” This means He has made you efficient and effective; it’s one of the beautiful results of having the Holy Spirit in your life.

Acts 1:8 AMPC says, “But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you….” Approach everything you do with this mindset.
