(The Word Of God Abides Forever)
TO THE BIBLE: John 1:1 NASB
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
LET’S TALK
God’s Word lives and abides forever (1 Peter 1:23). Hebrews 4:12 says, “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword….”
The thirteenth verse says, “…There is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”
These attributes of God’s Word are the attributes of Deity. So, when you stake your life on the Word, you’re staking your life on God. And He never fails.
The Scriptures describe the infallibility and immutability of God’s Word: “…God, desiring even more to demonstrate to the heirs of the promise the fact that His purpose is unchangeable, confirmed it with an oath, so that by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have taken refuge would have strong encouragement to hold firmly to the hope set before us” (Hebrews 6:17-18 NASB).
Can you see why you should always keep your mind on the Word of God? The Bible says He keeps in perfect peace—peace of prosperity—the one whose mind is stayed on Him (Isaiah 26:3).
You stay your mind on Him through meditation. Give the Word time and attention. Place a premium on the Word. Consciously affirm the Word, irrespective of the challenges you face, and the Spirit will alter things in your favour. Glory to God!

Your Word is everything to me; as I meditate on the Word today, not only do I receive direction, but it also produces life, light, health, wealth, prosperity, progress, and great blessings and glory in my life.
