(You Were Born Victorious In Christ)
TO THE BIBLE: 1 Corinthians 15:57
“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
LET’S TALK
When you get to know the Word of God and His unending love for you, you’ll never fear anymore. The Bible says, “There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear.
Since fear is crippling, a fearful life—fear of death, fear of judgment—is one not yet fully formed in love” (1 John 4:18 MSG). The reason some Christians experience tumult in their lives is that they’ve given their minds to fear.
The more you become acquainted with God—His awesome personality and love nature—the more you become aware that you’re victorious in every circumstance, and fear will be a thing of the past.
The Bible says, “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith” (1 John 5:4). The Word calls you an overcomer already. Therefore, you shouldn’t struggle to overcome the world, because you’ve already got what has overcome the world – and that’s your faith!
The scriptures reveal the pictures of the new creation. It’s like an album and every time you read it, you’re looking at your new image and real self.
2 Corinthians 3:18 declares that, as you continue to look into the Word of God, you “…are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit” (AMPC).
Find out what belongs to you, what you can do, and where you are in Christ Jesus. God has given you the victory! Therefore, you don’t have to try to get the victory. You don’t hope or pray to be victorious, and neither do you look forward to victory. You’re the victorious one! You’re the glorious one!

Pray
Heavenly Father, you brought me up from the miry clay and set my feet on the rock to stay, you illuminated my darkness with the light of your Word and you made me more than a conqueror, all because you love me. For this, I rejoice and thank you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
